Once appointed to act on behalf of a client and listening to their specific needs, we undertake an appropriate marketing campaign or search process, depending on acquisition or disposal of commercial premises.

When acting on behalf of a client to acquire premises, we will carefully evaluate the search of the new premises required; ensuring that the client’s expectations can be matched within the confines of what is available. Essentially it will be a hand holding exercise from the initial search to completion of the acquisition, and beyond.

When selling property assets, we manage the full marketing, sales and transaction functions seamlessly.

When a lease ends, we advise on the best strategy for securing renewal terms under Landlord and Tenant Act legislation. We also appeal rating (UK property tax) assessments including the Valuation Tribunal hearing process.

We provide clear, effective valuation advice for accounting, investment, lending, litigation and tax purposes. We appraise all forms of commercial and investment property, using various national and international valuation standards to ensure compliance with our clients' regulatory requirements.
